- Select the 'Delete Account' option and follow the confirmation steps (which may include entering a confirmation code).
Upon successful deletion:
- Your account and directly associated Personal Data will be permanently deleted from our active systems, usually immediately or within a short timeframe. This action is generally irreversible.
- Some data may remain in our backup archives for a limited period (e.g., up to 60 days or as per our backup cycle) before being automatically deleted. This data will not be accessible through the Service.
- We may retain anonymized or aggregated data (which does not identify you) for analytical or service improvement purposes.
- We may also retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms), even after your account deletion request.
Any active subscriptions will be terminated upon account deletion, typically without a refund for the remaining period, as per our Terms of Service.
